Credit advancement program

Kickstart your career with CoBank’s credit advancement program, a dynamic two-year rotational credit-training program designed for recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in agribusiness, accounting, finance or economics. Upon successful completion, you'll be eligible to apply for a full-time Credit Analyst position at CoBank.

The application process for the CAP program runs late summer through early fall each year.

Summer internship program

CoBank’s summer internship program is a 10-week opportunity designed to develop early-career talent through impactful projects and professional development. Interns join teams in Denver and banking centers across the country, primarily within accounting, credit, customer service, and software engineering.

The program is intended for second- and third-year students actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
